Please contact the co-directors if you would like to arrange for a workshop for a class, student club, or other event. Currently, we offer workshops in:
Letterpress Printing
Letterpress printing includes composition, imposition, and operating the press.
Basic bookbinding
Basic bookbinding includes pamphlet bindings for blank books, writing in blank books with dip pens; case bindings offered for capstones and larger projects, with notice in advance of the semester
Decorative Papers
Decorative papers may workshops may include but are not limited to ink marbling/suminagashi and paste papers.
Nature Printing
Print using natural items, such as a leaf or a flower.
We can accommodate special requests with advance notice. Large groups will require us to schedule workshops in the Barrs Room. Certain workshops can be held off-site. You will be expected to supply paper for large projects, but we will help you locate appropriate stock.
